Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to browse, access, or use the Whispr platform. By using Whispr, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Platform Purpose

Whispr is a marketplace that connects creators with fans through paid direct messaging. Creators set their own prices per message; fans pay directly per message or unlock to start a conversation. All interactions are subject to these terms and our community standards.

Payments

All payments are processed directly through our payment provider and are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment method or jurisdiction.

Creator Conduct

Creators may only offer messaging and content they have the right to share. Prohibited activity includes harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, spam, or any conduct that violates the rights of others. Whispr reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Changes & Disclaimers

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Whispr after changes means you accept the revised terms. Whispr is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or the conduct of users on the platform.
